The other day I had a free moment to myself, the snow was falling hard and it was absolutely beautiful outside, quiet and peaceful every thing covered in a soft white fluff. I went to retrieve my camera to take some pictures and when I opened my camera bag, I noticed my SD card laying loose in the bag, all mangled and deformed. My daughter had borrowed my SD card earlier that month to transfer some pictures from her camera to the computer and apparently she left it laying out to where the puppies could chew it up. It had teeth marks bitten clean through it and was bent out of shape. Apparently my son found it on the floor and just put in in my camera bag and never told me about it. I was not a happy camper, especially since I was a major fool and never backed any of my pictures up on alternative storage media. So.... every picture I have taken in the past 2 years is now lost. sigh....
Now, to find my motivation to take pictures again... I am sure once the next snow falls, or the first early spring flower shows it bud I will be inspired to break out my camera and capture the graceful beauty.

If we didn't we would not be on here. We would be hiding our talent from everyone and never knowing how truly gifted we were.
